A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

Observation. -Some gaps in the outdoor play area fencing were larger than 3.5 inches and could present an entrapment hazard. Please correct by Dec 16, 2025 -A door that lead to a storage area was accessible. Items in the storage room could present a potential hazard -A window in the nap room was open. A lock was not applied to prevent the window from opening further. Concrete was observed on the other side of the window

A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (b) located so as not to block or hamper an exit in the case of fire or other emergency.

Observation. -Two high chairs were partially blocking access to the emergency exit. This was corrected during the inspection

A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

Observation. -Laundry detergent was observed just inside the emergency exit. This was corrected during the inspection -Rust would observed on areas of the fence in the outdoor area. Please provide supervision in this area until this is corrected. -Two emergency outlets were observed outside. The flap used to protect these outlets was easily opened by the children. Please provide supervision in this area until this is corrected.
