A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

Observation. During the inspection Licensing observed the following: -Several loose cords. This could present a potential hazard -A carpet had several bumps and an edge that was curled. This could present a potential tripping hazard

Corrective action. The Manager states this carpet is provided by the church. This will be removed

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

Observation. Licensing reviewed the children's records. One date of enrollment was missing on a child's record

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

Observation. The children's records were reviewed. One child's record did not have an emergency contact other than a parent
