    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Licensing noted the following: a. No Thermometer in the fridge that holds children's lunches and snacks b. Lower drawer was accessible to children and held a plastic bag.

    Corrective action. Manager will purchase a thermometer for the fridge. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: plastic bag was removed from drawer and made unaccessible.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Wipable surface of the diaper mat was rough and dirty with holes poked through it making it hard to ensure it is sanitized appropriately from bodily fluids between changes. - Cabinet located under the change mat that is accessible to children with plastic bags located inside. - Cabinet located under the hand washing sink in the bathroom is accessible to children and has glass cleaner inside.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that the environment is healthy and safe while children are in care.
