Observation. Certification of all staff working in the program including assistants not posted.
Corrective action. Staff said they would connect with the manager and post certificates of all staff working in the program.

Observation. Licensing reviewed attendance records for three months in 2025 and noted that the facility’s maximum of 8 was exceeded on one day in August.
Corrective action. Manager will ensure that no more than 8 children are in care at any time.
