Observation. Daily attendance for the Multi-Age Child Care program is incomplete. Departure times have not been consistently recorded for all children in care. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that both time of arrival and departure be recorded for all children in care in order to be prepared in the event of an emergency. Current records of each employee's annual review of emergency preparedness plans are kept off site with performance appraisals. Section 59(a) of the Child Care Regulation requires that all required records be kept on site for review to ensure compliance. Licensing must receive written confirmation that contraventions have been corrected no later than June 10, 2026.
