Observation. Child-sized chairs located in the Group - Under 36 Months and Multi-Age programs are in poor repair. The outer surface is damaged due to cleaning products, making proper sanitization difficult. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that all furniture and equipment be clean and in good repair in order to ensure the health and safety of all children in care. Licensing must receive written confirmation that this contravention has been corrected no later than July 23, 2026.
