  Observation. LO observed an entry in the program's log book that a child in care injured their finger. At the end of the day the parent took their child to an "Urgent Care" facility. Due to seeking medical attention this incident is described as a "Reportable Incident".

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Dirt and dust was observed a the base of the toilets and along the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. The caulking at the base of the toilets has worn away. A large cupboard was observed in the block area that was not bolted to the wall.
