    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Kitchen sink cabinet lock was not engaged. Contents included chemical cleaning supplies. The lock was secured during the inspection. - A drawer potentially accessible to children contained sharp knives and adult-sized scissors. The locking mechanism was broken. Items were relocated out of children’s reach during the inspection. - Bifold door locks were not engaged. Locks were then engaged during the inspection to prevent a pinching hazard. - A chemical cleaning product in the bathroom was within children’s reach. The bottle was relocated during the inspection. - Sealed bottles of alcohol in bags were found in a children’s activity area. Bottles were relocated during the inspection. - A cabinet over 4 feet in height was not anchored, creating a potential tipping hazard. - A cabinet contained sealed alcohol bottles that could potentially be accessed by children. - Adult medication was found on the kitchen counter. Medication was relocated out of children’s reach during the inspection.
