  Observation. As noted in the inspection report from June 13, 2024, gaps larger than 3.5 inches at the bottom of the fence were previously addressed by using string to reduce the openings. During this inspection, Licensing observed that the string had sagged in several areas, creating gaps larger than 3.5 inches.

  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications], which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry [CCLR Sec. 19(4)(a)]

  Observation. Both ECE and ECE-A licences have not yet been verified on the ECE Registry website.
