    A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

    Observation. There is no record of any fire drill done since October 2025.

    Corrective action. The manager said that they have done a fire drill in November but didn't record it. No emergency drill has been conducted yet. They will record the drills moving forward.

    A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

    Observation. Upon review of several children's records, some are missing the medical insurance number.

    Corrective action. The manager said they will acquire this record.

    Observation. Upon review of several children's records, most were mising a consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of an emergency.

    Corrective action. The manager said they will acquire this consent from the parents/guardians.
