    Observation. Two staff files were reviewed and one staff working in the program on the day of the inspection did not have evidence of the ECE Certificate being validated by the ECE Registry. LO reviewed this item with the manager during the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure all staff files are complete including validation of ECE Certificates.
