A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed the following during this inspection: -sunscreen bottles are easily accessible to children -an adult-sized rake is accessible in the yard -a vacuum and the cord is stored in the nap room. Licensing discussed securing loose cords with the staff. -cubbies are not secured to the wall, posing a tipping hazard
Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are in care.
