  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. The following were observed in the outdoor play area at today's inspection; -Insufficient protective surfacing around the play structure to protect fall injuries. - Black tarp exposing on the ground on several places posing tripping hazard. - Broken panels of fence were covered with tarp. One panel was loose and need to be secured.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided while children are in care.

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. No fire drill and emergency drill records were found for year 2025.

  Corrective action. Please ensure to documents after conducting all drills.

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. Outdoor play area fence is broken from parts and it is temporarily held up with wooden pieces.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that facility is clean and in good repair.

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. The following were observed during today's inspection; - Carpet curling on the edges and one side,, posing tripping hazard -Outdoor play area has weed growing and pieces of woods scattered

• EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. The outdoor play space has scattered garbage in it, there are some secured boards between the shed and fence that have become loose, areas appear unkept with overgrown weeds, etc. Indoors there are areas that appear dirty and require cleaning.

  Corrective action. Ensure the facility is clean and in good repair at all times.
