  Observation. Licensing observed AC extension cord that was accessible and not secured in two classrooms. The phone charging cables were accessible to children.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided to all children in care.

  Observation. There is a new Manager working since March 2025. However, Licensing did not receive documentation for manager change.

  Corrective action. Manager's assessment form will be sent to Licensing.

  Observation. The following were observed during today's inspection; -A tall toy shelf in JK 4 classroom need to be secured -Lid of Toilet tank is missing in the IT washroom

  Corrective action. The Manager said that they will anchored the toy shelf and toilet flush tank order is in process to replace it.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  The licensee must (b) review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.

  Observation. The care plan was not reviewed annually with the parent or any person requested to by the parent.

  Corrective action. Ensure all care plans are reviewed annually.

  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. In the outdoor play spaces there are multiple garden spaces where prickly weeds have begun to grow and in one of the outdoor play spaces there are some garden boxes that have begun to rot and the rusty nails are exposed. Inside the rugs are visibly dirty and will need to be replaced or cleaned.

  Corrective action. Ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times.

  Observation. The last time employees practiced implementing the emergency drill was May 2019.
