    Observation. The facility recently opened April 2021 after being closed due to the pandemic. Attendance has not been taken since the preschool opened again.

    Corrective action. Attendance must be taken each day for each child - the arrival and departure time must be included as well as if they are absent or present.

    Observation. There is one child that attends who may need medication in an emergency. There is no care plan in place to guide staff for the course of action in the event the medication is needed.

    Corrective action. A care plan must be developed with the facility and parents to provide guidance for staff on when and how to administer the medication.
