  Observation. Licensee's CRC expired in August 2024. She has applied for new CRC and awaiting for results.

  Corrective action. Education was provided and Licensee understands that new CRC to be applied before expiry date.

The following were observed during inspection; - Cleaning supplies accessible to children in the bathroom. - An unclean potty seat on the washroom floor -A tower fan on top of the table in the nap room posing a tipping hazard. - Two small screw drivers on top of the cubby shelf at the entrance

  Observation. Licensing reviewed two children's files. One file was missing consent for the facility to call for emergency medical care in the event that it is needed.
