Observation. The following were observed during today's inspection: All closets in the basement suite need to be secured from finger pinching; Camera cable was hanging loosely in small play room.

Observation. The facility has not practiced a fire drill since the facility opened. Education was provided on fire and emergency drills and a sample drill document was provided.
