A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. No access to secondary emergency exit. One of the two doors that lead to upstairs to evacuate children in care emergency was locked from upstairs. This is a repeat contravention for last 2 inspections.
Corrective action. A written response is required to address ongoing noncompliance.
