  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. Fire drill records were missing some drills being recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure monthly fire drills are conducted and recorded on a monthly basis.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Five children's files available on site were reviewed and several files were missing last names, gender, date of birth, immunization status, and medical insurance plan number.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files are complete including emergency information available noted.
