  Observation. One staff working in the program did not have their ECE Certificate posted in the facility.

  Corrective action. Ensure all qualified educators certificates are posted in the facility. This was corrected at the time of the inspection.

  Observation. During today's inspection the Licensee was not able to produce upon request the attendance records for the facility. Licensing viewed records dating January 2023 to June 2023.

  Corrective action. Please ensure to have children's attendance records available for review.

  Observation. Emergency Supplies are insufficient to implement the emergency plan. The Licensee stated that the supplies have been ordered.

  Corrective action. Ensure the facility is prepared to respond and recover from an emergency at all times.

• EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. The diaper change pad had a fabric cover over it. The Licensee stated that usually a plastic cover is added in order to disinfect the equipment after each use however today that did not take place.

  Corrective action. Ensure a healthy environment is provided at all times by cleaning and disinfecting the diapering station after each use.
