    Observation. The following were observed during inspection. -Cement area and under the seating bench has dirt. -Area under the stairs has debris of food, food wrapper, broken toys and dirt -Outdoor toys has mold and dirt

Licensing discussed the safety concern and the importance of recording sign in/out time immediately upon arrival and departure.
