Observation. The following were observed and reviewed with staff at the time of the inspection which requires correction; - 2 blind cords not secured posing a risk - sand box cover damaged and needs to be replaced - carpets at the entrance of the program pose a tripping hazard
Corrective action. Ensure a safe environment is provided at all times.
