Observation. Licensing observed: - 1 child's care plan indicates the diagnosis and how to administer the medication. Upon review of the child's records, the information does not mention the diagnosis nor the medication. Also, the medication is not kept on site. Manager stated the medication is no longer needed however the child's record is not updated to reflect this information. - 1 child's care plan is not reviewed annually. During the Inspection, Manager provided an updated care plan. Discussion took place to ensure all information is captured and that information is updated and reflected in all records.
