Observation. The fire / emergency drill sheet has either fire OR emergency drills done monthly. Fire drills must be completed every month, which they do not appear to be. And you are only required to do an emergency drill annually. This emergency drill would be any emergency other than fire (lock down, earthquake - shelter in place or evacuate with supplies, gas leak, secondary location if you must leave, etc.) It was also discussed some techniques to make evacuation easier - have emergency cards in with first aid, make an emergency backpack (include emergency cards/diapers/cookies/items you need if you may be away for a few hours) and keep one at each exit. It is also a good idea to go for walks to help teach children safe walking skills, as this will help with evacuations.
