  Observation. Licensing observed a section of the small activity room designated as an office space. This space was originally licensed as useable floor space to meet the capacity of 16 in conjunction with the big activity room. Manager stated office furniture will be removed.

  Observation. Licensing observed: - a door leading into the electrical room is accessible to children - a shed in the outdoor play space accessible to children posing supervision concerns

  Observation. Licensing observed sleeping mats are stored with bedding touching posing a risk of cross contamination.
