    Observation. Comments from previous inspection: Licensing reviewed staff files and observed: - 2 staff did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry. - 2 staff did not have evidence that they complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. - 2 staff had criminal record checks that are not addressed to the facility. One was addressed to another facility and the other was addressed to a college. - 1 staff did not have any documentation. During today's inspection LO observed that all staff files are complete except for one staff who has a criminal record check issued to a college.

    Furniture or equipment for sleeping is used by only one child at a time, is clean and comfortable, and is appropriate for the size, age and development of the children intended to use it. [CCLR Sec. 15(2)]

    Observation. Licensing observed the children's sleeping mats are stored vertically in individual slats. Licensing observed when storing the sleeping mats the children's bedding is not removed resulting in the bedding touching one another. Discussion took place with manager with regards to the risk of cross contamination in the way that the children's bedding is stored.

    Observation. Licensing observed there were limited outdoor materials and equipment accessible to children that are suitable for the age and development of the children.

    Observation. Licensing observed: - inconsistent information found on 3 children's emergency consent cards and registration records regarding allergies. Discussion took place to ensure when information is updated, to update all records. - attendance records do not correctly capture departure times.
