  Observation. Licensing observed that information on food given to children is not always made available to parents.

  Observation. Licensing observed that one child has a diagnosed allergy that requires medication; however, there is no care plan in place.

  Observation. Licensing observed: - Some children’s records were not found in the emergency binder. - One child’s record contains conflicting information between the care plan and the registration record.

  Observation. Licensing observed one practicum student did not have a criminal record check on file.

  Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the last Routine Inspection dated April 3, 2025: - A staff stated during nap time, babies are monitored by a baby monitor (sound only) and supervised every 30 minutes. Discussion with staff and managers took place to supervise children at all times.

  Observation. During inspection: - Licensing opened the door into one of the nap rooms and observed two children in the room without a staff present. Upon acknowledging them, the two staff that were in the main room, came into the nap room and led them out. The manager stated some of the children are tall enough to reach the doorknob to open the door. Discussion took place on how to make the doorknob inaccessible to children and supervision of children at all times. - A staff stated during nap time, babies are monitored by a baby monitor (sound only) and supervised every 30 minutes. Discussion with staff and managers took place to supervise children at all times.
