  • LICENSING / Continuing duty to informNon-critical

Licensing has been notified immediately of any change in the information provided under Section 9 (Applying for a License). [CCLR Sec. 10(1)]

Observation. The Studio has a capacity of 24, with three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms says "Staff Only". For ratio, a program must have one toilet and washbasin for every 10 children. Upon return to the office LO reviewed original floor plans, which do not show the two desks that are currently in the space. While I have never seen staff using these desks, this does take away from the already tight space. LO to have further discussion about the space, and may come out to measure and determine if appropriate square footage is met.
