  Observation. Licesning observed 1 staff's certificate is not prominently displayed in the facility.

  Medications that staff have agreed to administer are readily accessible to staff and are administered in the correct dosage at the correct times. [CCLR Sec. 53(1)]

  Observation. Licensing observed: - 1 child's epi pen could not be located. Manager later stated the epi pen was found in a bag pack. - 1 child had allergies listed in their emergency contact however that was not reflected in the child's registration records. Staff were not aware of the child's allergy. Discussion took place to ensure: - children's information is current and all records reflect the same information. - all staff are aware of children's allergies and have the information needed to support them in an event of an allergic reaction.

  Observation. LO reviewed all children's records and observed that a medical practitioner is not kept for 1 child

  Observation. LO reviewed all staff files and observed that 1 file is incomplete.

  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. LO observed that fire drills have not been practiced for the month of February, March and October.

  Observation. LO observed that 3 children under the age of 36 months attend the facility. One of the children is 28 months.
