  Observation. Licensing reviewed children's records and observed one child had conflicting information regarding their allergies in their care plan and emergency consent cards.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed all staff records and observed two staff did not have criminal record checks.

  Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the last Routine Inspection dated June 6, 2025. - LO observed a child with allergies that require medication did not have a Request for Administration of Medication Form

  Furniture or equipment for sleeping is used by only one child at a time, is clean and comfortable, and is appropriate for the size, age and development of the children intended to use it. [CCLR Sec. 15(2)]

  Observation. LO observed sleeping mats are stored with bedding touching posing a risk of cross contamination.

  Emergency exits and fire drill system are approved by a local Fire Marshal. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed the fire extinguisher expired in February 2025.

No violations recorded at this inspection.

  A record for each child containing the daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure is not kept. [CCLR Sec. 57(2)(c)]

  Observation. Originally found out of compliance on July 17, 2023. Licensing observed the daily attendance record, which had dates where the staff had not recorded the various times when children exited the facility at the end of the day.

  The ratio of employees to children is less than that permitted in Schedule E. [CCLR Sec. 34(2)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing observed the staff records did not comply with Schedule E as there was only one staff with their infant/toddler certification currently working in the facility. The one staff person with their Infant/Toddler certification also covers in the Group Child Care (30 months - School Age) program for breaks leaving the program without an Infant/Toddler Educator.
