  Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the last Routine Inspection dated June 6, 2025. - allergy information in several documents reflected different information.

  Observation. Licensing observed: - several children's medication were not correctly labeled to identify who the medication belongs to. - one medication had no label to identify who the medication belongs to. - several children with allergies that require medication did not have a Request for Administration of Medication Form. - allergy information in several documents reflected different information.

  Emergency exits and fire drill system are approved by a local Fire Marshal. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed the fire extinguisher expired in February 2025.

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. LO observed 1 staff has a criminal record addressed to another organization

  Observation. Originally found out of compliance on July 17, 2023. Licensing observed the daily attendance record, which had dates where the staff had not recorded the various times when children exited the facility at the end of the day.

  Observation. Licensing observed boxes lined up against the wall outside the classroom door, which may hamper exits in the case of fire or an emergency.
