  The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

  Observation. Five children are currently enrolled, 1 is missing immunization status - LO to send Immunization status form with this report.

• STAFFING / Additional criminal record checksNon-critical

  All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]

  Observation. The Licensee and spouse are the only people living in the home, their CRC's through Victoria have expired. They stated that they will arrange times to visit our office to complete the application. It is strongly recommended that you contact

  The licensee has written parental consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of accident or illness, in cases where the parent cannot immediately be reached. [CCLR Sec. 57(3)(a)]

  Observation. LOs observed that 2 children did not have emergency consent on file.

  Observation. LOs observed that children's files are incomplete.
