Observation. Licensing observed the following: The educator did not follow the steps for cleaning and sanitizing procedure prior to the meal time route. A broken branch from the tree with fruit was laying on the ground providing access to the children. Licensing is concerned there is a risk of injury as the children have access to the branch as well as the risk of attracting rodents and small animals due to the fruit that is left on the ground and the branch.

Observation. Licensing observed the following: one child's record required an emergency contact, medical practitioner, permission to call an ambulance and a photo or digital image. Two children required a photo /digital image that is accessible to educators working in the facility.

LO observed: -A tall metal ladder has been used to support a large tree branch which suspends over the outdoor play space posing a risk of injury if the ladder or the tree branch were to fall -The storage shed used to store yard equipment and supplies was not locked and was accessible by children -There is a gap behind the storage shed in which some yard equipment was stored. This area is accessible by children and poses a risk of injury.

Licensing observed that the Licensee has a variety of activities for the children inside, while the outside there are a lot of large pieces of equipment, there is little to no toys which support equipment, meeting schedule G. Eg. The Licensee had a play house in the covered area, Licensing asked "where are the toys to go with it?" The Licensee brought out house keeping toys once she was questioned about the additional toys.
