Observation. Licensing observed 19 children present in the program. The licensed capacity is 18. Staff stated there have been times when capacity exceeded 18 children. Discussion took place with staff regarding maintaining capacity at all times.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. LO observed that the facility wall adjacent to the gymnasium entrance is in poor repair. The wall covering is peeling in one section, there is a visible hole and the wall appears to be soiled and stained. The wall requires some attention.
