  Observation. Licensing observed the educators were not able to locate the thermometers for the fridge and the freezer.

  Observation. Licensing observed the outside play are is lacking materials and equipment to extend open ended play that is designed for the children's age, stage of developmental and care.

  Observation. Licensing observed the child requiring extra support, the care plan was no longer current showing the required information.

  Maintenance of Equipment: A log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs. [Director of Licensing Standard of Practice - Safe Play Space]

  Observation. LO observed that an Outdoor Maintenance of Equipment checklist is kept for the facility however there is no log of the daily inspections conducted by staff.

  Observation. LO reviewed all staff files and observed that the file for the Behaviour Interventionist is incomplete.
