  Observation. Licensing observed the outside play are is lacking materials and equipment to extend open ended play that is designed for the children's age, stage of developmental and care.

  Observation. LO observed that an Outdoor Maintenance of Equipment checklist is kept for the facility however there is no log of the daily inspections conducted by staff.
