  Observation. Licensing observed there were areas in the sandbox where the landscape material is exposed and there a frame around a pillar that has split and come apart.

  Observation. In the classroom space, LO observed that the facility walls and window ledges appear to be dirty and in need of a clean.

  Observation. In the outdoor play space, LO observed the following: -unsecured extension cord accessible to children which poses a potential tripping hazard -unsecured water cooling mister cord accessible to children which poses a potential risk for entanglement

  Medications that staff have agreed to administer are readily accessible to staff and are administered in the correct dosage at the correct times. [CCLR Sec. 53(1)]

  Observation. LO observed that there are life threatening allergy emergency action plans with instructions to administer an EpiPen for two children; however, EpiPens are not kept. The manager stated that they are in the process of clarifying with the children's parents if the allergies are life threatening and would require an EpiPen.
