    Corrective action. Manager stated the batteries will be removed and outlets covered.

    Observation. Licensing observed a cabinet containing bleach and cleaning supplies unlocked, within reach of children.

    Corrective action. Manager stated the locks will be checked to ensure they are secure.

    Observation. Manager was unable to provide Fire Drill and Emergency Drill records. The Manager said that they are practiced monthly but were not recorded.

    Corrective action. Manager will practice and record fire drills monthly.

    Observation. Upon inspection of the staff files, it was found that one did not have their ECEA certificate validated. The Manager attempted to complete the validation during inspection, but the website produced an error message.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that ECE/A certificates are validated using the system maintained by the ECE Registry.
