Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All children present today were not signed in.

  Observation. An unlocked cabinet in the bathroom contained cleaning supplies accessible to the children. The Manager said that the children were able to remove the old lock and she will replace it with a new lock.

  Corrective action. The Manager will lock the cabinet doors.
