- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation. An unlocked cabinet in the bathroom contained cleaning supplies accessible to the children. The Manager said that the children were able to remove the old lock and she will replace it with a new lock.
Corrective action. The Manager will lock the cabinet doors.
