A licensee must display a copy of the fire drill system in a prominent place in the community care facility.
Observation. Fire drills were not completed and recorded.
Corrective action. The Licensee will practice the fire drills monthly with the children and post a record of the drills in a prominent place in the facility.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. A daily attendance record including the time of arrival and departure of each child was not available.
Corrective action. The Licensee will create a system to ensure daily attendance is recorded everyday.
