A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

Observation. Fire drill was not practiced for the months of August and September 2025.

Corrective action. Licensee said fire drills will be practiced and documented monthly.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

Observation. Licensing reviewed four children files: - gender was not documented for 4 children - 1 child's file was missing MSP number. Licensee corrected this during the inspection.

Corrective action. Licensee said children's files will be updated with this information.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

Observation. Three children files were missing date of enrolment.

Corrective action. Licensee said children's files will be updated with this information.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

Observation. Licensing reviewed attendance records from 4 August, 2025 till today. Time in, time out and absences were missing or incomplete on multiple days & weeks for children. Licensing reviewed 57(2)(c) with the Licensee.

Corrective action. Licensee said she will develop a system that accurately documents children's arrivals, departures & absences.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

Observation. Doctor's information was not obtained for 3 children.

Corrective action. Licensee said children files will be updated with this information.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.

Observation. Two children files were missing a photo or digital image of the child.

Corrective action. Licensee said children's photos will be obtained and added to the files.

The licensee must (a) develop the care plan in consultation with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.

Observation. Care plan is not developed in consultation with the parent or any person requested by the parent for one child.

Corrective action. Licensee said child's parent will be contacted to create a care plan.
