    Observation. When Licensing arrived for the inspection, the staff member present said she was the staff who took children to school, she was also the staff supervising the 3-5 aged child / children. It would appear as though the different categories of care are being operated together. This non-compliance item has previously been mentioned in prior inspections.

    Observation. The outdoor play space has been noted previously. This facility uses the large play space on the North Side of the premises rather than the originally licensed south facing space. A rotation of the north play space was suggested in a previous inspection.

    Observation. One child was in attendance who had a support worker present. In this child's care plan it states that visuals, extra time, physical props are offered as support to communication. However, this was not practiced during the inspection.

    Observation. The school age children were all in with the 3-5 group being supervised by the one staff. There are two temporary retentions for two children to join the 3-5 group however, today there were 3 children in the school age program.

    Observation. The state of disrepair has been previously noted on prior inspections. The Licensee has shared that she is not eligible for any government grants or funds for repairs and upgrades. There are areas of the fence that need repair as the wood is rotting and the fence panel is loose, the nails on the edges of the sand box area are raised and could cause injury, the edges of the shed are sharp.
