    Observation. The large sandbox area was uncovered and there did not appear to be a cover available. There is a thin black hose / cord running along the ground outside that was creating a tripping hazard in a rocky area.

    Observation. Licensing observed a water table full of water with a lid on it. The licensee explained that the water gets changed every two weeks or so. The licensee did not appear to have a cleaning protocol in place. The large dirt / sand play area beside the small sandbox was open and had lots of animal prints in it.
