• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

  Observation. Licensing observed that in one child's file, it was written "walk in clinic", though the name and phone number of the clinic was not indicated.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the file is complete.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

  Observation. 4 children's starting dates only listed the month & year.

  Corrective action. Accurate start dates are required by children's 1st day of care.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.

  Observation. Both employees are teachers in the school where the facility is located. Their CRC, immunization status, ≥ 2 references, & work history were unavailable to review due to not being in the facility.

  Corrective action. Employee documentation must be kept in the facility.
