    Observation. A review of attendance records showed that the arrival times of two of the four children in attendance had not been recorded yet for the day of inspection. Accurate real-time attendance records are required in order for emergency personnel to account for all children, if necessary. This was a morning inspection, however a system for indicating their arrival time as they arrive is required.

    Observation. Licensee's first aid certification expired in September. Children must have access to an employee with a valid first aid certificate.

    Observation. Educator Certificate must be posted in a prominent location. This item was corrected during the inspection.

    Observation. Criminal Record Check result for a resident of the facility has expired. Licensee's CRC was conducted by the local police, but must be conducted through the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General. Both CRCs must be completed through the proper channels.

Some children's records were missing medical practitioner's information. Please ensure all records for children are complete. Monthly and annual play space inspections not recorded.

    Observation. Upon arrival FLO noted that a small climbing structure had been installed. Licensing was not notified of the installation of the structure. Licensee did not receive written approval prior to installation.

    Observation. Children's records are complete except for images. At this time there are only 4 children attending. Licensee confirmed that all children's files are missing image to readily identify children in an emergency.
