Submit written confirmation and supporting evidence by May 28, 2026, that attendance records are complete, with all absences and departure times consistently documented. A photo or digital image is missing for one child. A current photo or digital image that can be used to identify the child in an emergency is required for each child. Submit written confirmation by May 28, 2026, that the missing photo or digital image has been obtained and added to the child’s file.

Observation. One employee file is missing required information. Criminal record check results that are specific to this facility are required, as well as a resume for the employee. Inform licensing by the follow up date that this file is complete.

A method of ensuring that children's records contain all required information is required. A review of attendance records show that times of departure have not been entered for some days. This information is required and is important to have in case children must be accounted for by emergency personnel. A system for ensuring that attendance records include arrival times, departure times and absences is required.

Observation. Observation : System in place to ensure children's records are complete. FLO tested system and found child files to be complete, log of minor injuries/incidents unexpected events updated regularly, play space inspections recorded appropriately Contravention: Children's attendance is recorded by a tick next to each child in attendance. Only the child's name at the top of the list has the hours of attendance. On the day of the inspection, there were no children recorded on the attendance sheet. It is a requirement that an accurate record of each child's arrival and departure time is maintained.
