A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Licensing reviewed the emergency kits and observed they have expired food. The staff will go through them and update them.
Corrective action. Ensure that all emergency kits have supplies, food, and water that is not expired.
