Observation. C7.1H - Folded banquet style tables were observed on the landing in the secondary emergency exit stairwell, hampering the exit in the event of fire or another emergency. This must be addressed immediately. C7.1L - Two cleaning and sanitizing bottles were observed stored on the side of the diaper change table. Ensure all cleaning products are inaccessible children to prevent illness and/or injury. Provide evidence of corrections by April 1, 2025.

Observation. It was disclosed that fire drills are being conducted monthly however are not being documented in a manner that ensures all employees have practiced the fire drill system at least once a month. It was disclosed the annual emergency drill was reviewed at an employee professional development day however it was not documented.

Observation. Through a review of employee files two employees were missing evidence of the Provinces immunization and TB control program.

Observation. It was noted through a review of the 30 month to school age minor incident log book an incident occurred that involved a child seeking medical attention. This incident was not reported to Licensing as required in Schedule H of the Child Care Licensing Regulations. The start date of enrollment is missing from a sampling of children's files. Daily outdoor play space inspections are being conducted however not documented.

Observation. A power bar with open outlets was accessible to the children in the 30 month to school age room. This was corrected during inspection (CDI). The facility does not have Lead in drinking water test results on file.
