  Observation. Employee records were reviewed. Two criminal record check clearance letters were for a different Licensee/facility, and one employee's immunization status was missing. Ensure all employee records are obtained prior to an employee starting. Submit by May 09, 2025, confirmation and evidence that the missing records have been added to each employee file.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Child records were reviewed. Several were missing the start date, one was missing the name and contact details of a medical practitioner, and one was missing the medical insurance number. Ensure child records are obtained prior to a child starting. Submit by May 09, 2025, confirmation and evidence that the missing information has been added to each child's file.

  Observation. During the inspection today, it was observed that the facility is not following the off-site play area plan submitted as part of the licence application. The Licensee has not provided notification of any changes made to the off-site play area plan as required under Section 10 (1) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.
