  Observation. C4.1E - Reg. 57 - The grab and go backpack was observed today with outdated child photos. Ensure there is up to date child photos and other identifying information that can be used in the event of an emergency. Licensing observed updated photos in the on-site child records however, these records are not available when neighborhood walks occur.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. C7.1L - Reg. 17 - At the time of the inspection the stairs leading to the upper level of the home were accessible to the children. The licensee identified that there is some minor wall repair occurring in that area so that gate was not in place. The Licensee will use a temporary barrier until the repairs are complete and the gate can be re-installed.

  Observation. The licensee did not have a valid first aid certificate at time of inspection.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Hot water accessible to children exceeded 49 degrees.
