  Observation. C2.1C - Reg. 22 - The emergency evacuation plan includes a supply of snacks that were observed expired. A resource has been provided with this report regarding additional evacuation plan considerations.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. C3.1K - Reg. 22 - The fire drill log was incomplete of the monthly implementation for October and November 2024.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. C4.1E - Reg. 57 - One child record was observed missing special instruction regarding a potential medical event and medication required. Ensure this is thorough to identify symptoms, how to manage the symptoms, and any medication or emergency services required. C4.1K,L - Reg. 58 - There are children enrolled with no care plans in place. These plans should identify the child needs and how they can be met by staff to promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Plans are to be created from observing and working with the child and in collaboration with the guardian and any other applicable health care professionals. A resource has been provided with this report.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. C7.1B - Reg. 13(2) - The mounted fire extinguisher was observed overdue for the annual required servicing. Licensing Officer, T. Ruhr notes that the extinguisher gage arrow was displaying in the green area.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Several adult scissors are accessible to children being stored in a drawer which is within easy reach. Ensure this is made child safe.
